David Bema
Head of Finance
David joined AD Consult HR in April 2014. He previously held senior positions at KPMG, and run a successful audit and tax consultancy. David has a strong track record of Finance management, with in-depth experience of finance deal support, operations and Risk & Quality. David holds degrees in Business Administration and Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant in Malawi
Clairissa Magombo
Lead HR and Payroll Services
Clarissa was appointed Lead of HR and Payroll Services in May 2017 and is responsible for running all facets of the HR and Payroll business with over 40 Payroll Clients . Since joining AD Consult HR , Clairrissa has held a variety of strategic roles, including country Payroll Consultant for Malawi. Clarissa is specialised in Public administration ,financial planning, financial analysis, PAYE ,VAT. He holds a degree from the University of Malawi –Chancellor College.

Marketing and Communications Lead
Agness first joined AD Consult HR in June 2016 as as a management trainee/Client Officer and returned in 2019 , She has leadership experience with a number of companies, including.Consulting and most recently at , where she was Head of Sales Makerting and Communication . Agness has an enviable track record of delivering high sales and revenue growth and a very client-centred approach to selling and sales leadership.

Annabelle joined AD Consult HR in 2015. Annabelle previously spent six years as HR Officer at Peace Corps, and before that, 2 years as Freelance Talent Management Consultant. She supports the CEO, and the wider organisation in progressing AD Consult HRs people agenda, with a particular focus on attracting and engaging our talent pool and helping establish collaborative ways of working.
